My Stables
Welcome to my model horse stables! Located in SW Colorado, Piedra River Stables is home to over 130 model horses and 18 different breeds. I am a proud paid member of IPABRA. I don't currently have all my horses pedigreed, but the ones that do have pedigrees are up for breeding. Please take a look at my horses & if you decide to send a breeding request please be sure to check out the rules below first. Once you have done that, you can email your request to me at taylerhill93@yahoo.com. Your pedigrees will be sent to you via Excel attachment in an email within a week of it being received. Thank you!
Breeding Rules
If you decide to send me a breeding request please review these quick rules before sending! Thank you!
Rules
1. No mother/son, father/daughter, or sister/brother breedings accepted
2. Only one foal for each mare per year
3. Mares and stallions must be at least 3 years older than the foals
4. Please don’t use any of my horses without permission
5. Pedigree Certificates will be sent by email in an Excel attachment. I don’t do snail mail breedings. Sorry!
6. Please keep color genetics in mind when sending breeding requests. Here is a website to help with you with this: https://avian.animalgenetics.us/Equine/CCalculator1.asp

7. No copying any of my horses’ names, although I do encourage you to incorporate a little of the sire/dam’s name in the foals name.
8. Please be sure to include the following info when sending a breeding request:
-Foals name/breed/gender/color
-Your first & second choice for year of birth
-Make/Model/OF/CM
-The sire & dam you wish to use
-Your name and stable name, if you have one
-Your email address
-A photo of your foal and a link to your website (if you want to be featured on my "Foals" page)
9. If you are using a parent that is not owned by Piedra River Stables, please include the following with your request:
-Parent's name/breed/gender/color/pattern
-Year of birth
-The name of the owner and/or stable it belongs to
-At least a 4 generation pedigree of the parent
